Applying:

It is special for coarse crushing of material in preparatory process and can crush hard and tough material in preparatory process and can crush hard and tough material like plastics and steel wire,it is no limited by viscosity hardness softness or fiber shape of material and has good effect to all materials

For crush the big material such as chill,sesame,walnut,rice,mung bean,peanut,lotus seed,maize,buckwheat,etc into small granule
The machine feeding speed can be adjust by valve,adopt the fluted disc,has more stronger crush ability,the crush mesh size can be adjusted by change the mesh screen

Working principle:

The machine consist of charging filler, grading wheel,crushing knives ,tooth circle ,crushing motor ,discharging outlet ,materials concentration case and dust absorption case. the materials goes into the crushing room from the charging filter, they are crushed bu knives rotating at high speed. 
The distance between grading wheel and grading plate can be adjusted to reach the required particle size . The qualified materials are introduced from the crushing room to the cloth bag in the concentrating case .
While the unqualified materials are crushed continuously. The dusts from the cloth bag in the concentratiuong case are collectesthe dust absorption case .
The machine is desighed according to "GMP" standard. it is  characteristic of simple structure, easy operation ,low noise, high capacity,The machine is made from stainless steel ,no dust will rise when working .
